The Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies provides comprehensive paralegal training to prepare graduates for entry-level to mid-level positions in private law firms, state and federal government agencies, the courts, public service law firms, insurance companies, and corporate legal departments. Through lecture, individual and team projects, reading and briefing of cases, document preparation, and mock trials and hearings, students will learn to think critically, analyze legal issues, and express themselves clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
